Music Guide
I’m Velvy, and I started making music with the kids at Little Arrows this past spring. My daughter, Zoe was a Little Arrow from 2004-2008, and I am thrilled and honored to be back at the school. I really missed it! Zoe is in second grade now and she still wants to come to Little Arrows on the days I do music there.
Music has really been my life-long love. I started playing piano when I was 5 and moved over to guitar when I was 12. I’m now 47, and music is as rich and interesting to me now as it ever was. I was a film producer for most of my professional career, but I left “the biz” two years ago to focus primarily on music. I now write and perform with my group Three At Last.
It’s been a great and unexpected joy to share my love of music with the kids, and to be part of the extraordinary guide group that Skye has assembled at the school. Come say hi if you see me!
