Inclusion Guide
My name is Sara Horse. I have been part of the little arrows family for over 5 years and I am so happy to be back at Little Arrows every morning. I especially love sharing music, creating art, and exploring plants and animals. I have a lot of experience working with special rights children and wholeheartedly support Little Arrows’s inclusion philosophy.
I believe that when children learn to respect, understand, and admire differences starting at the beginning of their school experience, the children and their communities benefit for life. I have a BA in Child Development from Mills College and an ECE Site Supervisor credential. I am really enjoying being with the Littlest Arrows. I strive to help them feel safe and powerful in their exploration of their world, to support them as they find and develop their voices, and to give them a rich and diverse environment to explore.
