Rebecca
School Administrator
I came to this school as the parent of a Little Arrow in the summer of ’04. The school was an “extended family” for my son that saw him as a valuable individual whose creativity, energy, curiosity, and ideas were honored while he was encouraged to get dirty. Prior to motherhood, I had careers as a project manager at a commercial design firm in Los Angeles, as well as a sales associate for a Fortune 100 Company—both positions requiring attention to detail, organization, accountability and creative thinking.
My first involvement with the staff at little Arrows was as a volunteer to chair a fundraiser. Working with the school in this capacity was a fun diversion from motherhood, and the beginning of new friendships. Now, as a part-time administrator, I strive to represent the school’s parents and keep the paperwork flowing smoothly, while looking ahead to the exciting improvements to come.
